DAMAGED?
Rainforest ecosystems are mostly damaged
by loggers cutting down too many trees and
beavers making dams

SOME GOOD SOLUTIONS


Some good solutions to keep rainforests from being
damaged is to only let loggers cut down a certain
amount of trees and to try to prevent beavers from
making dams

SQUARE MILES

The amazon rainforest is 2,700,000 square miles

BIOTIC AND ABIOTIC

Biotic : beavers, rubber trees, bamboo, banana trees, red eyed


frog and jaguar
Abiotic: sunlight, oxygen, precipitation, temperature, water
and clouds

SUFFERING RAINFORESTS

Rainforests in Indonesia and Malaysia are suffering due to


uncontrolled clearing and burning of its rainforests

WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF THESE


PROBLEMS ARE NOT FIXED?

The earth would not have as much oxygen if the trees in a


forest were cut down
