A kid named Greg is starting Middle School
with his weird friend Rowley. Things are not
going so well for him throughout the year, both
at home and school. Gregs older brother
Rodrick and his classmates constantly pick on
him. Later on in the year, Greg accidentally
signs up for the school play Wizard of OZ and is
selected to play a tree. Unfortunately, Greg
messes up and ruins the play. Greg finishes the
year by breaking up his friendship with Rowley.
Favorite Part

o My favorite part occurred in the month of

August. Chirag was standing beside Greg
and Rowley looking down at some
disgusting cheese laying on the black top.
Chirag was telling them the story of the
cheese and how it got there.
Recommendation
Yes, I would recommend this book. It is a very
funny story with many interesting twists and
turns. Jeff Kinney is a very good author.
