*The general manager is generous and it has a harmonious relation
to her employees.

*She should not listen all the time to her asst. manager.

*all linens for the rooms are all in good condition and it was
arranged accordingly in the stock room.

*none

RECOMMENDATION
*they need to always meet their customer satisfaction because of
the quality service that they are giving.

SANITATION PROCEDURE AND PRACTICES


-PERSONAL HYGIENE
STRENGTH
*they have appropriate uniform daily and everyone is following
it. From the bell boy, front desk, room boy, housekeeping staff,
laundry staff, up to the maintenance and driver.

RECOMMENDATION
*the supervisor should always check their grooming because they
are the face of the hotel

SANITATION
STATUS
*they have complete cleaning materials such as mop, dry mop,
hard/soft broom, sanitizers for furniture, equipment, comfort
room. Purifier, rugs, wipes to maintain the cleanliness of the
hotel.

STRENGTH
*they dont limit cleaning agents to the hotel to make sure that
everything is clean

RECOMMENDATION
*Staff should not over use such cleaning agent because that is a
lost also of the hotel.
