BASIC FUNCTION
Under the guidance and supervision of the Store Keeper, and within the limits of established
OXYGEN ORBIS’ policies, to render service in all aspects of the Store operation.
RELATIONSHIPS:
1. Reports directly to the Store Keeper in co-operation with the GM & POM.
2. Interact with ALL staff - Admin, restaurant, Kitchen, Security, bars, Housekeeping, guests and fellow colleagues.
1. To make sure that every staff and guest of Oxygen Orbis is being granted full attention, reception and
if possible, care by observing the under listed tasks: -
Collect procured merchandise, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver them to the appropriate
department.
Responsible for piling received merchandise on pallets or carts
In charge of storing food, beverage, and operational stock
Perform daily check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene
Responsible for completing requisition forms for inventory and supplies
Report low stock levels to manager/supervisor promptly
Perform inspection on deliveries to confirm quality, cleanliness, and freshness, and consistency throughout case
lots
Follow food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas
Responsible for the sanitation of all refrigerators and freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains in storage
areas
Properly place trash, empty cardboard, and pallets in storage areas
Notify the manager of accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow all company policies and procedures in the discharge of duties
Responsible for upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information as well as protect the Hotel’s assets
Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards.
2. That, with your friendly and courteous attitude you will support and maintain the good
reputation of the hotel.

3. That you are thoroughly informed on all promotions, novelties and changes in the sales program.
4. That you maintain a good communication between the guests, admin, vendors, restaurant, Kitchen, coffee shop,
bar, Kitchen and Store staff to ensure smooth running of operations and guest satisfaction.
5. That you build a disciplined especially in view of:
- Strict following of the general services requirements and basic service rules
attached to this job description that can be enlarged at any time by the management without any status
changes.
- Strictly follow the cleaning check lists attached to the job description.
- Professionally develop yourself.
6. That the rules, stated in the service staff duty manual, are executed in your outlet.
7. Performs special duties as assigned by the supervisor and the GM & POM.
8. Participate actively in the daily briefing and training and helps your colleagues to improve
their skills.
9. Help with the end of the month or end of year inventory in your area of responsibility.
10. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
