    procedures and guidelines to ensure everyone was doing their job correctly. As a Certified
    Trainer, I would also help correct existing employees serving quality. While being a Certified
    Trainer, I would also do regular waitress tasks such as waiting on tables, cashing out customers,
    seating customers and do mandatory cleaning duties.
