My 4th Grade Journey

Hello my name is Dennis Garcia Morales! And I am going to write about

my 4 grade journey. There is lots of things that I did in 4th grade. I am a
student in Mr. Cs class in O.K Adcock. In my teachers class we did lots of fun
things and new friends.

In the beginning of the year my teacher showed us how to multiply 2

digits by 2 digits. Then we got to make a video about How to do Area Model.
Victor and I had to plan first before we got to record. In reading we had to
read a book called Bud, Not Buddy. Then we had to act down the scene
while the video tape was recording. After that, we made a math board game
we had to build. In December we constructed a Graham Cracker house. It
was fascinating because we got to build a Graham House made of crackers
and candy.

After Winter Break, we started angles it was fun. Some towers were tall
about 26 inches or less and some were short. Then we did a tower made out
of spaghetti and marshmallows. Then we made bridges made of spaghetti
and marshmallows. It was difficult because the spaghetti sticks were fragile
and it was hard to make it stand up on its own.
On March we made a country report. Mine was Portugal. We had to do
a poster about our country and write a summary about it. After that, we had

to show our work to our fellow classmates. Then at math we did fractions
with Hershey Bars. In that time we were learning how to add fractions.
Until today we are making math board games about fractions and
decimals. Victor and I are still working on it. And I hope we get a good grade
