I am responsible for minor clerical duties in the office. My primary focus is based on specific criteria for a
client, which I and other evaluators then use to individually evaluate mystery shops for quality assurance
purposes. I am also responsible for scheduling and coordinating a portion of our companys mystery
shops.

Summer 2013
Worked with youth towards helping end poverty in Ionia and Montcalm counties. Part of the time was
spent working with incoming sixth graders with a Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM)
camp. The rest of the time was devoted to service learning and Michigan Youth Leadership Training
(MIYLT) camp.
