B. Describe important aspects of the work where you learned significant knowledge, skills, or
personal development
a. In this week on 25th April, I participate on Kick Off Project Manager Academy Batch 1 that is
opening ceremony of program development to enrich the employee to have more knowledge for
better performance. From this program I saw how company try to enrich their employee
because the result not just for their employee but also good for their company.
b. I join in Annual Plan Program event from agung podomoro land agung podomoro group. I saw
all of the session in this event, in the middle of session there is training motivation from one of
the trainer from external. The trainer give motivation about how to rich the goal or target and
some tips to motivate employee of agung podomoro land.

During those two weeks I didnt get any serious problem because in those two weeks my jobs
just join in some event as the documentation and upload it in to database. I just try to manipulate
my bored feel during the working hour because sometimes I get bored and the way to manipulate
this feel I always ask about the task to my supervisor in the other hand I try to more active to get
more experience and knowledge also my bored feel.
