c. Screening all of the Engineering Academy post-test from batch 1 until 4 because Mrs. Yanu As
the head of learning center need that for internal meeting with vice president of HRD
B. Describe important aspects of the work where you learned significant knowledge, skills, or
personal development
In this week I learn about priority of work where in this case I have two tasks who given to
me but I need to choose whose are my priority. My supervisors teach me how to solve that kind
of problem my supervisor told me the trick to solve this problem. Priority of task in working
activity it is really vital because if we didnt know how to choose the priority one we could be
got trouble for me and my company.

My problem is when I got two tasks in at the same time and that is happened to me in this
week. My supervisor give two task at the same time and must finished at the same time too, I
confused how to finish the tasks and finished in the same time but my supervisor how to solve
it. He told me that in every single task there is the priority value to make me know where the
priority one is and it is make me easier to finish the task. First I try to did the priority one who
this task must finish because Mrs. Yanu need the data to help her in meeting with vice president
of human resource. The task is to screening all of the post-test from engineering academy batch
1 until 4, I must screening one by one from batch one until four. The other task is just recapping
the data from absent list in that week. That isnt more important rather than the other task
because no took a long time and could finished in the short time.
