Good Day everyone! My apology for not being able to send you the activities on the previous Sunday because my laptop has a
problem, and when I brought it from one technician to another technician, it eventually crashed. I had to order a new laptop
which will take a week before it will be delivered. Therefore, para paraan sa ko this time. I am sending you instructions for
Activity 3 below:

1. I will send you a copy of the powerpoint on the Basic Rights of Employees. Kindly read on the slides.

2. Do the following tasks by answering the questions:

a. What do you think are the main reasons why employees file complaints against the
management?
b. What are the common work related problems in your respective organizations?
c. What do you think is the best solution to address the said problem?
d. The right to self-organization is the right of every worker, free of any interference from the
employer or from government, to form or join any legitimate worker's organization, association or union of his or her
own choice, except those classified as managerial or confidential employees. Why are they restricted to join union?
e. If given the chance, what specific right would you like to ADD in the basic rights of employees and why?

3. You may opt to submit thru email: erikkajunedecrepito@gmail.com or you may send it to our GC. Submission for this
activity will be on or before July 15, 2020.

Note: There will no longer be google meet classes as I find it difficult to manage because you are equivalent to 3 classes
and thus, schedules are also difficult to meet halfway from one student to the other. I have decided to send you ppt and
