INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY

The 2nd activity is an Individual Activity.

The Respondent must be an employee of the company. One Employee per Student. The employees
must be of varied positions and departments.

A questionnaire has already been prepared for this Activity. You may add your own questions.

The interview must run about 10-15 minutes only.

It should be documented and recorded in any way allowed by the Respondent/s.

Main objective of this one-on-one interview is to get a deeper appreciation of how employees have
different motivational levels and personal/work outcomes depending on the importance of these basic
job dimensions to them.

The Job Dimension Questionnaire, an Excel File, is referred to as Attachment 1.
