Indoor Balloon Volleyball

MATERIALS:
- Balloons
- Cones

DESCRIPTION:
Students compete in teams to keep the balloon from landing on the ground on their side of the court.

DIRECTIONS:

Set up a court as seen below.

Divide class into two equal groups.
Have one team serve the balloon from the center of their side of the court by hitting the ball up
and over the cones.
Once the ball has been served, the other team tries to hit the ball down and make it land on the
opposing teams side of the court.
If team #1 makes the ball land on team #2s side, team #1 gets a point, and gets to serve again.
If team #1 makes the ball land on their own side, team #2 gets a point, and gets to serve.

VARIATION:

Divide the class into four groups (like foursquare) instead of two.
