SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The Material Handling Equipment scope shall include but not limited to
the following :
Monorail Hoist
Monorail Hoist
Monorail Hoist
Pump Suction strainer for each pump
Calibration Pot
Pressure Vacuum Safety Valve (for the tank)
Pressure Safety Valve (at pump discharge)
Pulsation Dampener
Pressure Control Valves (at tank vent line and tank inlet line)
All instrumentation and control necessary for safe and effective operation of
the package, fittings for control, monitoring and protection
All electrical cabling, cable trays and cables supports required within the
package, wired to junction boxes, including trays for motor power cabling
and motor control station cabling.
Skid(s) edge junction boxes
Earth bonding including earth bosses / lugs
Emergency stop push button for each electric motor
Terminations at the Package edge as per the respective equipment P&ID
All piping, valves, specialty items, support etc. within the package limit
including all necessary drains and vents.
First fill of consumable
Control panels (if required)
All other items stipulated in Scope of Supply BN-MLS-30-TECH-092011,
datasheet and P&ID.
