Classroom Rules

Our classroom should be a temple of academia.


I am here to teach; you are here to learn.

1.
Students will come to class prepared
to learn.
2.
Everyone in the classroom will be
treated with respect.
3.
Homework will be turned in at the
start of class in appropriate place unless
otherwise directed by the teacher.
4.
I have the expectation that all
students will participate, and as an
academic temple all should feel safe from
ridicule. (see #2)
5.
Students will remain seated unless
moving to a work center or otherwise
directed by the teacher.
6.
Students will remain seated in class in
till teacher releases them.
7.
Students will use PERSIA (Politics,
Economics, Religion/philosophy, Social,

Intellect, Arts culture) when discussing


topics in class.
8.
Student will begin each class by
taking their seats quietly and answering
warm up question.
9.
It is the responsibility of students to
pick up any missed work due to an
absent. Students missed work will be
placed in folders for their Block (bell).
10. I have an expectations that all
students will do their best to enjoy our
class.

Consequences
Student will be verbally reprimanded for any
first offense of classroom or school rules.
Second offense will result in contact with
parents
Third offense the student will be sent to an
administrator
