CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN

School Year 2019-2020

Starting the school right!

1. Be courteous. Greet your teachers and classmates with a smile.
2. Humbly introduce yourself.
3. Listen attentively to your teacher’s instruction; follow the rules and regulations set for the whole school
year.
4. Actively participate in every class routine and activities.
5. Review the LVD STUDENT’S HANDBOOK.

CLASSROOM RULES
1. BE ON TIME at least 5 minutes before the Morning Prayer and flag ceremony starts. Late students will
automatically stay after class to help the daily assigned group sweepers.
2. BE IN CLASS. Once the class starts, students are not allowed to go anywhere else unless given permission
by the teacher. No one is allowed to go out to buy food or drink nor ask permission to use the comfort
room (this should be done before the class begins or if situations permits a pass should be
provided)
3. BE RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES especially to your teachers and classmates. Treat them with love and
care. Listen when one is talking and never interrupt. Never laugh at others mistakes. Use appropriate
language and STRICTLY NO USE OF BAD WORDS.
4. ALL CELLPHONES must be in silent mode and MUST be kept inside the bag during class hours to avoid
confiscation.
5. BE ON YOUR PERMANENT SEATS. Students not in their proper seats will be automatically marked
absent.
6. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE from the teacher’s table. Never touch anything most importantly the records and
important documents of the teacher. Unless otherwise, the teacher has permitted to do so.
7. BE RESPONSIBLE in maintaining classroom cleanliness. Never depend your trashes to the daily
assigned group sweepers. Before going out of the room, clean the board after use, arrange your chairs and
pick up the pieces of papers or wraps.
 8. REFRAIN from controlling the aircon, the television and other school facilities.
9. Above all, LOVE GOD and ask for His guidance.

Rules on the activity sheets.

1. BE PREPARED FOR THE LEARNING ACTIVITIES. Prepare the materials needed for the activity beforehand
(bondpapers, ballpen, marker, etc,.) . Students are not allowed to get their materials in their lockers once
the class starts.
2. BE ATTENTIVE. Always listen to the teacher’s instruction about the learning activity. Questions about the
instructions will not be entertained twice.
3. QUERIES MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE TEACHER NOT TO YOUR CLASSMATES.
4. WORK QUIETLY AND INDEPENDENTLY to avoid disturbing others.
5. WORK NEATLY. Avoid making any unnecessary marks on your Activity sheets, as much as possible no
erasures allowed.
6. BE TIME CONSCIOUS, No one is allowed to bring and finish their activity sheets at home.

CLASSROOM ROUTINES
1. FORM A LINE before getting inside the classroom. BOYS should be on the right side while GIRLS should
be on the left side.
2. Start the class discussion with a prayer, and greet them with a smile.
3. ENTER AND LEAVE the classroom using the designated enter and exit doors.
4. CLASS MONITOR WILL CHECK THE ATTENDANCE DAILY USING THE SEAT PLAN.
5. IN PASSING/COLLECTING THE ACTIVITY SHEETS, it should be passed to the left, then forward. Points of the
late papers will have to be deducted.
