• Excused, if an excuse letter is presented the
next meeting
Use of Electronic Gadgets is NOT allowed
inside the classroom not unless its requires the
subject.
No eating or drinking inside the room

CLASSROOM FACILITIES
1) Bulletin Boards
All bulletin boards in the classroom are decorated by
the following:
a) Date Watch
b) School’s Vision, Mission, Philosophy and
Objectives;
c) 2 General RULES: Cleanliness And Orderliness
d) Class Officers (A Schedule For Election Of Class
Officers Will Be Given)
2) Whiteboard/ Chalkboard
 For teachers discussion.
Note: Please erased the board every after subject.

3) Bookshelf
Labelled according to subjects
Space for Art/Math kit.

4) Air-conditioning unit/Electric Fans


All air-conditioning units will be switch on at exactly
7:30 am and switch off 15 minutes before dismissal
time.
5) Tables and Chairs
 All tables and chairs in every classroom should be used
with care.
 NO VANDALISM IN ANY SCHOOL PROPERTY.
6) Materials: The following are available in the
classroom:

7-Honesty
1.Only one student at a time can use each
pass unless the situation calls for
consideration.
2.No student shall be allowed to use the
PASS in excusing another student from a
different class during class hour unless with
the permission of the School Personnel.
3.Each PASS must serve its purpose.
B. Passing of papers:
oPass the paper forward then to the right.
oIf students are seated in a circular manner like
(Grades 1 and 2), they may pass the paper
counterclockwise (to their right)
C) Books
Books are brought home for student to
study as well as in answering their
assignments/homework.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN

Before Homeroom period


1. Upon arriving at the school all students should proceed
directly to their classroom.

Note: Playing inside the classroom/loitering in the


corridors is not allowed.
 During Flag Ceremony
1. During flag ceremony students are advised to
proceed in the quadrangle together with their
adviser for the ceremony. (Monday & Friday
ONLY)
During Flag Ceremony Adviser are required to
stay with their advisory class to maintain discipline
and orderliness. Student must participate during
Flag Ceremony.

 After Flag Ceremony
1) After the flag ceremony students are advised to
go back to their respective classroom.
2) Students will line up outside their classroom.
The adviser will check the uniform, ID, and
proper haircut/hairstyle of each students.
3) As they come in, they will stand and wait for the
rest of the class. When everybody is inside,
they will start with the homeroom period.
 During Homeroom Period

1) Adviser must do the Daily Routines:


 Checking of Attendance
 Reminders and Announcement
 Pasting School Communication Letters to
students journal.
Note: All Students must bring their
journal everyday.
 After Homeroom Period
1) Students should remain seated while
waiting for their subject teacher. They must
use their time in worthwhile activities (e.g.
writing activities sketching or reading
books)
Note: Teachers must not Leave the
pupils/students without the teacher in
charge.
During Transition Between Periods
1.Students are supposed to stay seated and wait for their
teacher quietly.
2.If a student needs to use the washroom, the permission
of the class president should first be sought. (one
student at a time)
3.Students are not allowed to stay in the corridors before,
during and after class.
NOTE: First period teachers should be in class five
minutes before the bell rings. Succeeding period
teachers should be on time for the next class
Before and After Break Periods (Recess and
Lunch)
Grades 1-3
1.Students will form 2 lines: washroom and canteen
2.Students should stay seated while eating their food.
3.The class adviser MUST be with their respective
advisory class during breaks. Prepare the classroom
and the students for their next class.
Grades 4-12
1.Students will form their line inside the room.
2.Students will only pass the moment the teacher
gives the GO signal.
3.The teacher is ALWAYS the last person to leave
the room. Lights and electric fans should be
turned off before leaving.
Grades 4-12
4. Students must KEEP RIGHT in going up and
down to avoid crowding in the stairways.
5. Students should attend to their needs during
recess and lunch break because they will not
be permitted to go to the washroom or refill
their water as soon as the class starts
6. When the bell rings, students should immediately go
to back to their classroom orderly.

How to Leave the Classroom
1.The last subject teacher will asked the students
to check their place, pick up litters, and organize
the chairs.

NOTE: NO CLEANERS WILL BE


ASSIGNED PER DAY. EVERYBODY
WILL HELP CLEAN THE CLASSROOM.
3. The last subject teacher is required to stay to
monitor the students. If everything is in order, ask
the students to line up for dismissal.
4. The last subject teacher MUST see to it that the
room is clean, lights/fans/aircons are turned off, no
student must be left in the room and the doors are
locked.

Note: There should always be an extra garbage bag


in the classroom in case the trash bin will be full.
Allow the students to bring the garbage bag when
they go down for recess/lunch.

For Grades 1-3 (General Procedure)
1.In case of violations, the pupil shall be
endorsed to the Guidance
Counselor/Facilitator.
2.The Guidance Counselor/Facilitator will
call for the parents for a conference.
For Grades 4-12 (General Procedure)
1.The disciplinary rules shall be enforced in these
levels.
2.An anecdotal report will be submitted and the same
discussed with the PoD immediately after an allege
infraction has been committed.
3.The PoD then calls for the student and informs
him/her of the reported infraction. Student in question
is given the opportunity to explain his/her side.
4. PoD then calls for an audience with the
parents to inform them of the case and
discuss the possible repercussions.
5. After the investigation the parents shall be
called again to discuss PoD’s findings and
the consequent decision.
