 TARDINESS:
● 15 min after the start time – Late
● 16 min onwards after the start time – Absent
● 3 Recorded Tardiness – 1 Absence
 ABSENCES:
● Excused, if an excuse letter is presented the next meeting
Use of Electronic Gadgets is NOT allowed during
class hours not unless required by the subject.
Let your presence or absence from the room be
known to your teacher.
Throw your garbage properly.
Group cooperation is encouraged

PLAN
Before Homeroom period
1. Upon arriving at the school all cleaners
should clean the classroom.
2.Everyday the adviser will check the
uniform, ID, and proper haircut/hairstyle of
each learner.
 During Flag Ceremony 
1. During flag ceremony students are advised to proceed
in the school ground together with their adviser for the
ceremony. (Monday ONLY)
2. No unnecessary movement during flag ceremony
3. No talking with classmates during flag ceremony
4. A straight line must be maintained during flag
ceremony.
5. Learners must participate during actively during Flag
Ceremony.
 After Flag Ceremony
1) After the flag ceremony learners are advised
to go back to their respective classroom in a
single line.
2) Pick up pieces of trash along the way.
During Homeroom period
1. Attendance will be checked.
2. Cleaning if further cleaning is needed.
 After Homeroom Period

Learners should remain seated while waiting


for their subject teacher. They must use their
time in worthwhile activities (e.g. writing
activities sketching or reading books)
 During Transition Between Periods
1.Learners are supposed to stay seated and wait for
their teacher quietly.
2.Students are not allowed to stay in the corridors
before, during and after class.
 Lunch
1. Arrange your chairs before going out of the classroom.
2. Clean your area before going out of the classroom.
3. Learners should stay seated while eating their food.
4. Clean your area after eating and throw garbage in the
appropriate trash can.

6. Be inside the classroom 15 min before the time to clean.

 How to Leave the Classroom
1. Clean the classroom and area (including TOILET)
while waiting for your class adviser.
2. Cleaners will be listed for their grades in
ESP/Enhanced MATH
3. Make sure all the appliances are unplugged and the
windows are closed.
4. Go home immediately.
5. Staying inside school grounds after class is not
recommended.

defecating or urinating.

 Disobeying a teacher is now allowed.
 The kinder you are to your teachers, the
easier for you to pass your subjects and to
move up to senior high school.

 NO TALKING WHILE THE TEACHER
IS TALKING.
 NO TALKING WHEN A CLASSMATE IS
ANSWERING OR REPORTING.
 All are required to move fast and actively
participate in activities.
