The undersigned is a bonafide resident of Centro 3, Lasam, Cagayan, single.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology at Medical Colleges of
the Northern Philippines, Penablanca, Cagayan, presently working at the Holy Trinity
General Hospital, Plazang Luma, Arayat, Pampanga.
With my six ( 6 ) years of experience as Radiologic Technologist, and
attendance to some seminars and conferences, I gained a lot of experiences which
contribute and enhance my ability. It was also a very great help not only for
communicating but also socializing along with my co-employee. My position
challenges me to be patient always to my clientele. I particularly enjoyed working
with different kinds of nurses, doctors and other employees, and it proves a very
difficult but satisfying and challenging task.
