Project Work: Management Trainee

• Will be responsible for target driven acquisition and retention of cyber café
partners by
initiating and introducing the product , installation of the software and
complete product training.
• Will be responsible for scheduling and visit execution, as well as completion
of all reports.

Project Work: Technical Trainee

• Will be responsible for installation and product training with given cyber café
partners
• Will be involved in product training technical support as well as completion of
required reports.

Work Profile:

• Continuous Market visits.

• Relationship management with Partners.

Education:

• Management Trainee: Post graduates who are in their 1st /2nd year of
management course and have 3 months to execute a project work.

• Technical Trainee: Graduates who are enrolled with technical institutes like
NIIT or APTECH, Post graduates who are pursuing a technical degree in
colleges.

Desired Qualities / Skills:

• Can converse well in local language

• Displays good energy and enthusiasm to pursue the project
• Aggressive and field oriented
Work Location:
• Preference to trainees who have their homes in required cities for project
work

Stipend: Rs.5000 per month. In addition to this, Rs.100 daily allowance per working
day and Rs 100 conveyance per working day. ** Allowance and Reimbursements to
be approved by Regional Managers.

Project Period: March to May ‘10

Training: Planned and executed by the respective City Manager / Regional

Manager

Report to: City Manager/ Regional Manager

Project Success:
• On completion of the project, all trainees get a certificate endorsing the
project details.
• The company will look at offering permanent jobs to trainees who show
exemplary performance.
