Business consultant agreement

officer and employees of the company concerning matters
relating to the management and organization of the company,
their financial policies, the terms and condition of employment,
and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the
company.

Article 4- Time devoted by consultant

It is anticipated the consultant spend approximately

contract. The particular amount of time devoted by the
consultant may vary from day to day or week to week, however

Article 6- Consultants Salary and Other Benefits

Article 6 - Special Provisions

Both the company and the consultant agree that the

consultant will act as an independent contractor in the
performance of the duties and responsibilities under this
contract .accordingly, the consultant shall be responsible
for payment of all applicable taxation.

Undertaking or documents referred to in this contract shall

be an integral part hereof and read with it.

Article 7 -Confidential information -7

In the course of his/her consultation and the performance of
his/her duties, the consultant will have access to various
technical, financial, and/or commercial Company information of
a confidential nature which, if disclosed, will not be revealed
to any other persons ,firm, or organization . could jeopardize
the interests of the Company. The consultant hereby agrees
and undertakes not to disclose or divulge any such information
to any person or entity, whatsoever, unless expressly
authorized by the Company. The Employee shall be bound by
this undertaking even after the expiry or termination of this
Contract of employment, for any reason whatsoever. The
Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action
against the Employee for any breach of this undertaking and to
claim compensation for damages caused to the Company due
to such disclosure.

Article 7- Employment of other

The company may from time to time request that the

consultant arrange for the services of other .all costs to the
consultant for those services will be paid by the company but
in no event shall the consultant employ other without prior
authorization of the company.
