Cake

Ingredients

50g cocoa powder

6 tablespoons boiling water

3 eggs

175g self raising flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

100g butter

300g caster sugar


Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and line two 20cm round cake tins.
2. Combine in a cup the cocoa powder and boiling water, mix well to make a
paste.
3. In a cake mixer, combine the eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, butter, sugar
and cocoa mixture then combine until a smooth mixture is formed.
4. Divide the mixture between the two cake tins then bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
