Equipment:

4-6 players with one ball box

Teaching Points:

T can easily control the difficulty for the setter.


After 20-50 repetitions the setter should be
substituted
T or the setter give feedback on the quality of the
passes and attacks

Drill Objective:
Setting and attacking under high
pressure

Drill Description:
T supplies A with balls within short
time intervals: he/she starts to play
the second ball even before the first
ball has reached A. A quickly sets the
balls to the outer position where B, C
and D attack one after another.
Player E supplies T with balls.

Additionally, the setter has to


perform a block-jump. While
he/she is in the air T places a ball
into the setting area
