Kelly demonstrates empathy, curiosity and a orthodox method of working with the guest. She is open to
them and in this field constantly has to battle her deep concern of germs. She has been very good about
not sharing her personal concerns with the guests. She is willing to share her medical knowledge and
information with guest and at times it may not be appreciated.
The only concern I have would be Kelly learning to be more client focused and help the clients lead the

systems as Welcome Inn draws to a close.

Kelly will be a great Social Worker and has shown much courage in facing her fears and doubts regarding
the job. She has guests that only respond to her because of her direct and empathetic style.

I am truly enjoying all that this internship has to offer. I learn something new everyday. My field
instructor is always willing to explain issues I may not fully understand. She is a very knowledgeable
when it comes to needed resources.
