J- Hi po sir Daniel for accepting my request to interview you, It’s my pleasure to meet
you

D- Hi! Joyce, thank you also for choosing me and letting me to express my thoughts
and knowledge

J- But before anything else sir. Daniel, can you introduced yourself and make a brief background
about your organization

D- okay, so Hi! My name is Daniel Q. Clarion, 27 years of age and currently the President of
Rescue Kabataan Organization. We are youth of our Community who wants to be a productive
individuals with a values of Environment, Social Responsibility, Trustworthy and Sports and we
have a mission of to empower every person in the organization to achieve more, to create
value and make a difference.
J- Thank you for that sir, and to move forward for our interview, I have prepared some
questions to you to answer and express your thoughts and knowledge freely.

D- okay Joyce, go on

J- First question, Why do you choose to be part of Rescue Kabataan Organization?

D- We made the decision to establish a community organization because we wanted to go out

and assist others while also serving as a conduit for blessings. Because so many people in our
society are quick to criticize unemployed kids in their neighborhoods, this is wrong because
every person has the capacity to use their talents to contribute in a variety of positive ways. As
the president of the Rescue Kabataan Organization, it gives me great pride to report that
several of our out-of-school youth members have returned to their studies.
J- Wow that’s a great answer sir, it makes your organization sounds very interesting and
amazing.
J- For the second question, D you have any recommendation/ advice for those people who
wants to be a Social worker inside their community?
D- My advice to those who wish to work as social workers in their community is to focus on
your goal and vision rather than just assisting others. Always remember that everyone has a
purpose, so don't waste it.
J- That is right Sir. Daniel, we should not waste our time in this world, we should use it to
inspire and help other people.
J- And for the last question, Why it is very important to have a Social workers like you inside
the community?
D- In my opinion, it is crucial for every community to have a social worker in order to nurture
young people's potential and accept their flaws. I do believe that some of the youth in this
generation have the potential to be talented and have the desire in their hearts to help others.
However, some of them do have personal, family, and mental problems, so they need a group
of friends who will understand their situation.

J- That’s a great answer Sir. Daniel and you just enlighten my mind about doing social work, it is
just not helping but doing your passion to help and empower others.
J- Thank you so much Sir. Daniel, it is truly my pleasure to have your time to perform this
interview.
