4. What are the common problems you encounter in your organizations?
How do you address these problems?
The common problems I encounter in my organization are the emerging
problems in addictive drugs, alcohol beverages, and lack of sex education for
the youth. That's why we have to take action to reduce these problems not to
spread these kinds of problems, We are promoting seminars to educate the
youth that engaged in these kind of problems to help them to leave behind
those negative things that will affect them in their decision making as well as a
youth that enables them to be an early young adult, if these things get worse
in the present generation this could be a big problem for the youth. That's why
I am giving my best to address these issues to provide solutions and to reduce
the cause and effect to our youth and younger generation by making a
difference as a Sk Chairman in our community.

Do you see yourself as a leader in your community? What type of a leader do
you see yourself?
DE GUZMAN, AERYLE KAYE DL.
-Yes I see my self as a community leader. I trust in my ability to lead and am
confident that I will one day be capable of leading an organization. Such as the
Maritime Club Organization, which I have just joined. If I ever have to take
charge, I'll do it democratically. As a powerful organization, in my opinion,
cannot function if there is no harmony between the leader and the members,
this style of leadership is advantageous for one for all all for one. I want them to
work alone or with others, and I would just provide sporadic counsel and
encouragement so they could develop as people.
