REFLECTION

This lesson enumerated the list of professionals involved in a guidance program.

According to your experience and observation, what is the reality in our
educational system in connection to this matter?

Based on my own experience and observation when I

was studying in high school, the reality in our educational
system in connection to this matter is that the schools are
lacking of these professionals. This lesson tackles about
the professionals who are involved in a guidance program
but the thing I observed is that only the guidance
counselor is the one who is active in schools. Just like in
our school back when I was in high school, Ma’am Bucot
(our guidance counselor in high school) is the only one
who’s responsible in all the works of guidance program.
Our educational system are lacking of professionals that
is tackled in this lesson. We need these professionals in
order to cater the needs of the students.
