I. Identify a successful organization in your area. Describe the role played by

communication in its success.

There are many effective organizations in Albay that serve a variety of

social groups, with a focus on young people, women, the middle class, seniors, and
people of all ages who are driven by education. Here in our province, there are a
growing number of youth organizations, ranging in size from municipal to
nationwide.
The  TAYO GUINOBATAN CHAPTER , is one of Albay's most effective
organizations, and it's where I work. As a responsible, productive member of
society with a perspective for youth in creating initiative, ideas, and achieving
the platforms they have for the youth, this particular group seeks to support
community programs in the region. As a representative of this dedicated group, I
can affirm how verbal teamwork is the foundation this remains accurate. Making
this group firm can be done by holding regular meetings where all ideas are
discussed before a decision is made. The participants in this group are frequently
consulted by the group's administrators and asked for suggestions on how to make a
particular program a little bit more interesting. Each youth volunteer in this
program is given a specific challenge to make work more efficient. This
illustrates that all team members, not just the leaders, contributes to
accomplishment. The objectives of each youth representative may also be put into
action, but only after proper consultation and with the Mayor's blessing, of
course. In this way, misunderstandings are reduced, and programs will be altered
or proposed if there is room for improvement.
Communication is one of the crucial components in every organization and
its efficacy is the secret in realizing overall organizational success.

II. Prepare a short report on how an organization of your choice motivates its
people to perform their jobs.

The TAYO GUINOBATAN CHAPTER  is run by appointed individuals who serve as

the organization's administrators. Responsibilities will be reduced in this way.
There are divisions in the council where all of the youth representatives
participate in carrying out a certain mission. There are numerous others, such as
the Secretariat Committee, External and Internal Affairs, and Public Relations. A
leading officer serves as the committee adviser for each of the committees. These
groups are crucial to organizing the event when programs are ready to start. Jobs
assigned requires teamwork based on the committee's experience, therefore when
there isn't enough time to organize for an event, these committees get stressed
and under obligation to complete the task as soon as possible. Everyone, as well
as the leader, are encouraging individuals to relieve their tension.
The participants of each group are also inspired by seeing the results of a
planned activity and also being given the opportunity to visualize its potential
success in completing their responsibilities. Members will be greater motivated to
accomplish the desired end if they are well-versed in their duties and associated
responsibilities. Everyone is motivated to concentrate on their specific
responsibilities as a result, which will undoubtedly result in the organization's
success or particular event as well as for their own personal work motivation.
