Esteemed Administrators,
I recently learned that a management position has been posted in the area
of surgical services. I would love the opportunity to be considered for this
position. I have had the privilege to work, as an orderly and currently as a
Registered Nurse, at Intermountain for the past four years. The knowledge
and experience I have acquired in that time has helped me immensely in my
nursing career and I know it will continue to help me to excel as a surgical
services nurse manager.
I am aware of the importance and responsibility of this job and I am fully
confident that my dedication, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and my
work ethic will enable me to succeed in fulfilling the mission, vision, and
values of Intermountain.
As I have demonstrated over the past four years in the operating room, I
have a very strong work ethic and I am able to work closely and
communicate well with all members of the surgical/hospital team. The
knowledge I have gained as an orderly and nurse will certainly help me to
become an exceptional manager and enable me to work closely and
effectively with any and all of the medical-surgical teams.
