If you were to ask each of the members of my PLC team to list the most
important student learning goals in our content areas independently, we
would all come up with nearly identical lists.
I could explain to a parent, in simple language, the most important gradelevel learning goals for his or her child in the content areas I teach.
As a PLC team, we regularly (at least monthly) analyze data from students
common assessments.
