performs at least twice a year
Seek challenging new material to expand current skillset
Practice guitar, piano, and singing at least once a week
Exercise at least three times per week (yoga, biking, hiking,
swimming, Frisbee, or circuit training)

Eat treats only when around people or celebrating significant
