Objective 1: Develop hiring strategies for the company

Activities/Resources:

My partner and I looked at the hiring strategies that our company, Sherwin Williams uses.
We began research by looking into the different strategies each store uses as well as the
strategies corporate uses. We then looked into other companies and their hiring strategies.
After that we compared the companies and began to make recommendations on what could
be improved.

Evidence:

My evidence includes surveys that we conducted through survey monkey. These surveys
gave us information on what each store does for hiring and also what other places to for
hiring.
