    MEMO TO SIPEKNEKATIK POST-SECONDARY STUDENDS


    RE: DEADLINE FOR POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION FUNDING APPLICATION DEADLINE



    Dear Sipeknekatik Post-Secondary Students,

    As per the Sipeknekatik Band Post-Secondary Policy, all students (new and returning)
    are required to apply for funding 40 days prior to the start date of their program.

    The deadline for PSE funding applications is July 23, 2015. Students must have all
    required documents for the Post-Secondary Application sent electronically (scanned and
    emailed) to vpaul@sipeknekatik.ca. These documents include the following:

    Post-Secondary application for funding
    Post-Secondary Policy initialled and signed
    Copy of Certificate of Indian Status (Status Card)
    Release of information from form signed from your Post-Secondary Institution
    signed

    Applications will not be accepted after the deadline
