    The Employability Trust is a charity based in Peterlee, North East England that aims to help young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEETs) secure sustainable employment. Their 15,000 square foot facility offers real work experience through contracts with local organizations in warehousing, manufacturing, and fulfillment. Since starting over 2.5 years ago, they have helped 69 people into paid employment and currently employ 10 full-time staff including 3 apprentices. Over 3,708 people have used their facilities for training, and their 8-week Destination Employment program has helped 94% of completers achieve sustainable employment in the past year.

    The Employability Trust

    The Employability Trust is a charity based in
    Peterlee that aims to help NEETs throughout the
    region to secure sustainable employment. Our
    15,000 sq ft offer real work experience through
    contracts with local organisations. This work
    enables the young people to gain actual work
    experience in warehousing, manufacturing and
    fulfilment whilst helping the local economy to
    become flexible and efficient.
