In any of the company or an organization it is very important to earn the trust and loyalty of
an employee. Same as here in this case it was very hard to earn the employees loyalty and trust. And
to make our worker or staff very dedicated towards work or in their given task first step is to remove
obstacle or any kind of barriers. The MD of NCR had come up with the very innovative idea which
was to raise qualification of NCR employees with the help of surrounding situated universities. It
was the initial stage of earning employees loyalty and trust. So he had planned to educate the
employee who had the inclination to learn and grow and for that MD had provided money and time
and the motto behind this was to make their employee more skillful.

Q.4

MD of NCR had stated that HRM programs are not only personnel management which
is about hiring people, training, and many different things, but in UK HRM programs are more
advanced HR like different techniques, or bringing together a number of different approaches,
bringing them together to the same enforcement to create a significant improvement in company
performance. And this is where HR can modify or can create strategy at bottom line to make a big
difference in financial performance of the company or an organization. by his innovative idea of
education he had gained a lot of trust and loyalty of an employee. And in this way the company
employees has become more productive and more dedicated toward work in this way the company
has stated to get more significant result which finance would not have done. And MD of NCR was
available for each and every employee on floor which had omitted the gap between the two different
stages. When employees are more trustable then they can perform better which can help company in
positive way to get better result. So he had thought trust and loyalty are very vital for a company.
