Templates for Workshop 3 (Translating an Intradisciplinal Performance Task into Multi- and Inter- disciplinal Performance Tasks)

MULTIdisciplinal Performance Task

As someone seeking for an application after graduating either in grade 12, Tech-Voc., or higher education, the students will be participating in a Job Fair interview organized by the city
government (Self-awareness & Empathy /Decision making and Problem-Solving). The fair will also offer a franchise for those who are aspiring entrepreneurs. In the said job fair, you
have to prepare your application letters and resumes to be submitted to the job interviewers. In the said job interview, you are expected to exhibit the following:
1. Understanding of yourself and others
2. Understanding of society and culture
3. Demonstrates critical and logical reasoning

Make sure to apply what you have learnt about the principles of delivering a speech (Communication and Interpersonal Relationship/Creative & Critical Thinking) when you have your
interview. Selected faculty member will take the role of interviewers. Every applicant will be given 3 to 5 minutes for the interview. A rubric will be used by the applicants as a guide in
knowing how the interviewers will assess them.

Learners will be able to showcase effective communication skills during the job interview, demonstrate strong persuasion skills in
acquiring a job position where they are expected to engage and understand various type of individuals once hired, manage to work
under pressure and sees every work load as an opportunity to hone their skills and capabilities to its full extent, incorporate their
