WHAT IS CIVIL ENGINEERING

Civil engineering is the designing and overseeing construction,


and maintenance of building structures and facilities such as
roads, railroads, airports, dams, bridges, airplanes, channels,
irrigation, harbors and many more.
They construct and supervise, operate and maintain large
construction projects and systems

MY DEFINITION

To me what a civil engineer is to me is a creative designer to


improve or innovate projects in our natural environment, for
human needs to proceed or succeed in everyday life.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

To be a civil engineer, you must complete a B.S degree in civil


engineering, and obtain a license.
Civil engineering includes math, statistics, engineering,
mechanic, and systems and other variety of mixed courses
and classroom settings.

Avg. salary for a civil engineer is $80,170

Highest 10% $119,320 and continually
