Mostly of the pupils
are visual learners. They
understand more if they
are provided by pictures or
videos that could support
their learning.
Identify
objectives:
Plan instructional
activities:
*The teacher will post a picture of
seed and will ask the pupils if they
already saw a seed.
*The teacher will read a story entitled
The Tiny Seed.
*Formal
discussion
of
seed
germination and its parts.
*The teacher would ask few questions
about the topic and pupils will
answer.
Choose ET media:
Interactive Whiteboard

On the top right corner of the interactive whiteboard the teacher will present the picture of a
seed and will asks few questions to the pupils. After that, the teacher will read the story
The Tiny Seed and while reading the story, the video about the story will be projected on
the interactive whiteboard at the same time for better understanding. The teacher will ask
again few questions about the story and proceed to the discussion. In discussing the parts of
the seed and the process of seed germination, the teacher will use again the interactive
whiteboard to illustrate the ideas to the class.
