Our Novus programme is an exciting opportunity for university graduates to
gain industry leading training and real-world experience working in the IT industry. Successful graduates have the chance to work with our wide range of blue chip clients from a number of different industries, including finance, retail, defence, media and gaming. You can choose to join one of our three training schemes to become a Test Analyst, a Software Developer or an IT Analyst. After training, you will work for us for two years after which you could be employed full-time by one of our clients. By joining the Novus programme, you will gain extensive training in the latest technologies, continuous professional development and practical onsite experience to provide you with the best possible start in the IT industry.
Training and development
We are a BCS accredited test and training centre, and work in partnership with Oracle, Microsoft and the BCS. Graduates learn a number of technical skills during their training with us, and can gain qualifications aiding their career in IT. For Test Analysts, you can gain the ISTQB ISEB Foundation Test Qualification; Software Developers earn subject specific qualifications from Oracle and Microsoft; and IT Business Analysts have the opportunity to work towards an International Diploma in Business Analysis. Graduates also learn a number of technical skills on the Novus Programmes technical training schemes including:
