1.Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) is the parental agency for all kind of
pollution.
2.MPCB tells BMCs about different pollution norms.
3.BMCs give directions to place the dustbins at collection points.
4.Right upto now e-waste was like any other waste.
5.All over Mumbai, We have some 32 segregation centers and 7 would be newly
opening.
6.Per Ward 3 segregation centers are being divided.
7.Also the BMCs are being searching for 800 metric tons of place.
8.All the quality of waste is not allowed to dumped, only certain waste is being
dumped.
9.Whatever goes in the dumping ground is being seen because sometimes there is fire
and many other problems.

Basically the sweepers and chowkidars also segregate waste because it is a source
of Income for them.

80%-90% of waste which was generated electronically was recycled.
