AGES: Pre-school through 6th grade (Cheerleader does not have to attend Fostoria City Schools)
COST: $25.00 (T-shirt is included in this price!)
Order form/money due back by September 7, 2015 (You will NOT be guaranteed a t-shirt if you did not
turn in on time)
