THE AIM OF THE CITY

The aim I plan this city are to make people have a relaxed, equality and
healthy life environment so that the quality of life of people will be improve.

The people in the city are smart so that is why the land of the city is in brain
shape. The population of this Smart City is about 150000. Smart city is
location in between east Malaysia and west Malaysia.

GREEN APPROACH
The garden is above the residential apartment so that people no need worry
that is not enough time to go jogging and exercise.

The ground of business area and the square are cover by turf.

NEW TECHNOLOGY
Sky train is fast it take 1 second to move one round of the city and its
interior design is more comfortable.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
The city is not allow plastic bag so everyone will have their own recycle bag.

Those recycle material for example plastic bottle, paper, tin and others will
going to reuse. Therefore the others material going to bury underground as
fertilizer.

BUSINESS PLAN
This city can produce 1000 crops per month so that they no need to buy
crops for others city and they can sell some of the crops to other city to
make a profit.

The tourism also can help in increase the profit of the city.

It include a polis station, fire station and jail. The police are 24 hour petrol
the whole city to reduce the crime.

Those toxic gas from the factory are passes through a tube provide chemical
material to change the toxic gas into oxygen. The car of the city will give out
vapour gas because it use water to move and all the electricity is use solar
energy.

EDUCATION AREA
The education level is not divided into primary, secondary and university.
There is no level in education they study the basic during 5 years old to 15
years old then they have to choose the course they are interesting to study.

RESIDENTIAL AREA
All of the people are live in the apartment which have 28 th floor. There is a
swimming pool and garden above the apartment and the carpark is in the 1 st
floor to 8th floor of the apartment.

THE METHOD OF SETTLE THE

MIGRANTS AND REFUGEE
FIRST STEP
Refugee and migrants need to pass an interview section
at the refugee and migrants department before coming
to smart city. If the refugee and migrants have good
personality and without crime report they will be allow to
stay in smart city for three months.

SECOND STEP
Refugee and migrants who pass the interview will allow
to have a normal lifestyle as the citizen. If they involve in
criminal activity they will be send back to their own
country. After the three months they will get the citizen
identity card. The city only allowed 100 refugee and
migrants to become smart city citizen every year.

CONCLUSION

I have learn a lot from this assignment and I have learn

how to solve problem and how to elaborate those
information from the internet and add in my own idea to
make my future city become more perfect. I try to think
outside the box and make my idea becomr more
creactive.
