REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TENURE

Sir,

1.
With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that I have TOS to this unit wef 20 Dec 2012 and
my posting is due during the month of Dec 2015. I wish to extension of tenure in present unit due to the following
reasons :-

(a)
My house is under construction at Mandawa, Dist Jhunjhunu Rajasthan, which is only 260 KM
away from Delhi and my presence is required for the purpose.

(b)
I am comfort in present unit due to short distance from home town to duty station to look after the
construction.

(c)
Sir, I am running with 58 years of my age and only one year remained which have already been
extended by your office vide your letter No 1152/CA-4/NR (Pt) dated18 Feb 15.

It is therefore, requested that I may please be extended of one year tenure at my present unit to solve the
above problems.
