Be in your seat with your pencils


sharpened before the bell rings.

Math provides the


foundation for the next
several years. We will be
introducing basic concepts
and building on previous
knowledge.

To be successful in this class, you must


make a dedicated effort to always
complete your homework. If you are
having trouble, please make an effort
to attend tutorial sessions.

Homework
Policies:
Homework will be assigned daily.
Late work will be accepted but at a
reduced rate. Late work should be
completed within a week of the
original assignment. All work must
be done in pencil. It is your
responsibility to make up work that
you have missed.

Tutorial sessions will be Tuesday


Friday at 8:15am.

talk.
Be respectful of others at all times.
Bring all supplies to class.

Your grade will be determined


by homework, quizzes, and
tests. You will get notification
of projects ,tests, and quizzes
via remind. The following
percentages will apply:

Follow instructions the first time they


are given.

Consequences

If you break a rule, the consequences are as


follows: warnings, demerits, detentions,
parent contact, and referral to office. In a
severe discipline situation, a student will
be immediately referred to the office.
