There is only one c-pap, small room, untrained nurses, peadtrician which
rsponsible is not subspecialist in NICU,

2. Desired situation:
There are 3 or 4 c pap and large enaough room for those so that we can
serve more patients, skillful nurses, peaditrician who is responsible is
taking subspecialist in perinatology
3. Goal: to serve more patients with emergency case
