A.CONCLUSION

1.IRNA IA Room Analysis


IRNA IA room is one of the internal rooms that treat patients with problem diagnose
medical TB Lungs. Own 9 bed, serenity consists of S.Kep as many nurses 7 people,
S.Kep as much1people,Diploma III as many as 1 person, Diploma IV/S1 as many
as13 people, Doctor on duty 3 people, supervisor 1 person, nutritionist 1 person. 1
pharmacist, 1 pharmacist assistant, administration 2 people, cleaning service 5 people.
The IRNA I room uses the Team and Primer modified MPKP

2.The need for nursing personnel in the IRNA IA room


To calculate the need for nursing staff in the IRNA IA room, we use the
calculation of the workforce according to the calculation of the labor

The nursing round in the IRNA IA room has never been carried out, because there
are no special cases that require nursing round actions,existence limitations time
for doctor specialist To do round nursing When we were students of the Mataram
Poltekkes, the round ofatreatment has not been carried out optimally due to lack
ofpower medicalwhichfollow round nursing,and existence limitations time
between power medical for To do round nursing

1. For To increase the job satisfaction of nurses in the room, nurses must do all actions
according to the established proceduresset
2. On When carrying out the handover, it is expected to include nursing problems and actions
that have been taken, as well as report the situationtools
3. Requiredthe development of the latest sciences by health care providers, especially nurses in
preparation for the era of globalization
4. Inproviding nursing care services to patients must pay attention to therapeutic
communication techniques to motivate patient recovery and to avoid negative sigma towards
nursing services by patients and families
