Only advertisements that meet certain set standards are allowed.

Bill 2: The banking system

All banks are privately owned.

Child labour is illegal. Only citizens 18 years and older are legal to work.

Bill 4: Collective bargaining:

Public and private sector has the right to collective bargaining.
Bill 5: Government policy towards daily working hours:

Employees may not work longer than 10hours a day.

Bill 6: Energy providers

Energy is provided by Municipal government.

Bill 7: Employees rights regarding firing of striking workers:

Employers cannot fire employees who have gone on strike.

Bill 8: Government policy regarding foreign investment:

Foreign investors may only invest in private companies.

Bill 9: The right to gamble:

Gambling is illegal in Estro.

Bill 10: Government policy towards labour unions:

Trade Unions may exist and worker membership is voluntary.

Bill 11: Governments policy towards the production of pornography:

Pornography is illegal in Estro.

Bill 12: The right for a person to prostitute himself/herself:

Prostitution is illegal in Estro.

Bill 13: Government policy towards stock exchanges:

Stock exchanges are allowed but are regulated.

All mines are privatized.
