develops the 5/8-18 valve. This is now the
most common style valve used in nonrefillable cylinders.

Calgaz introduces the Four in one gas

mixture for use in the industrial
hygiene/safety market. This mix
successfully combines low ppm H2S,
CO, LEL, O2 and N2 in a single cylinder.
It has become the biggest selling product
in the industry today.

Calibration accuracy is at the

heart of instrument reliability
The only way to know this is to expose the instrument to a known concentration of gas.
Instrument manufacturers recommend that before using your instruments you test to make certain the sensor and alarms
function properly. A bump test before each use further ensures that the instrument continues to work correctly and may save a
life in a hazardous situation. Many outside conditions, including temperature, humidity, age and gas exposure can affect your
sensor. Regular calibration of your gas detector guarantees that the readings are accurate and that you are safe.
Running the risk of an inaccurate calibration can be life-threatening. Calgaz products provide full peace of mind each
time you calibrate your instrument. By setting the standard for calibration gas and equipment globally, through extensive
experience and unrivalled technical capability, we constantly provide the highest quality products to the market. Our in-house
cylinder treatment and gravimetric blending process, to NIST traceable standards, provide the accuracy and product
consistency you expect.
