STEP 1: WRITE YOUR NAME


Place a white label on
the top right corner of
your notebook cover
Write the following
information on it:

Tape the
rubric
inside of
the back
cover of
your ISN

STEP 4: NUMBERING PAGES

Number
your pages
(both sides
of each
sheet) up
to 100

STEP 5: TABLE OF CONTENTS


On pages 2 and 3, put the heading Table of
Contents on the top line
Page 2: make 2 columns, numbered 1 -25 and 26-50
Page 3:make 2 columns, numbered 51-75 and 76-100

Use pencil or penNO marker
Every page: Each page must have a title, the date, and a page
number. There should be no loose items in your
notebook. Everything you attach in your notebook should fit
neatly inside.

notes from another student and to get any missing
handouts. Handouts will be available both in the classroom and
