The Applications Operations Analyst is responsible for resolving technical issues related to operational applications, as well as new application installations and updates. They administer, configure, and provide second and third level support for several applications. The analyst investigates incidents and problems, identifies root causes, reports to vendors, and participates in all project phases linked to supported applications. They also monitor system performance, propose optimizations, develop collateral solutions, and create technical documentation. Qualified candidates have a university degree in mathematics or IT, at least 2 years of equivalent experience, and experience with application administration, Linux, SQL, databases, and web technologies.
