Applications Operations Analyst

Job Summary:
Applications Operations Analyst work under limited supervision and are responsible
for resolution of technical Issues related to operational applications, as well as new
applications installations and existing applications updates.
Job Responsibilities:
- administration, configuration and support for several applications (second and
possibly third level of support)
- incident and problem management - analysis, identification of root cause,
reporting to vendor
- participate as technical support representative in all phases of the projects linked
to the applications in support
- monitor, analysis and proposal for optimization of system performance based on
agreed KPI's
- develop small collateral solutions needed in support activities in order to monitor
the systems
- create technical documentation, support work procedures for application in
support
Essential Functions/Job Skill Requirements:
- University degree Mathematics or IT profile
- At least 2 years previous equivalent professional experience
- Experience in: applications administration and technical support
- Experience to use LINUX OS
- Experience in Database Sql, plsql
- Technical expertise in Web Technologies is a plus
- Good English both writing and speaking
- Analytical and comprehensive thinking, results- oriented
- Able to prioritize and find fast and competent solutions
- Ability to communicate and make themselves understood
- Team player
