JAKARTA / OPERATIONS – ALAMI IT OPS / PERMANENT

- Responding to assistance requests and handling application system technical issues on inhouse ALAMI
application
- Collect all information related to Operations Work Flow Management System
- Communicate with users and assess problems or provide suggestion about things should be done in
application system, if there any business process changes or enhancement
- Managing cases, requests and enhancements related to application system
- Create report related to system cases, performance and maintenance to management
- Provide periodical routine report to related party
- Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and
accuracy
- Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient
manner

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience 3-4 years
working with IT field

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to understand the logic flow of programming language

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong integrity and punctuality.
